How can I renew my subscription ?

You would like to renew your subscription or subscribe to a new offer - we can make the process easier.

Subscriptions are neither  tacitly renewed for the same subscription period nor once your volume of scans has been reached.

If you would like to subscribe to the same offer that you had, follow the renewal procedure managed under the Manager tool.

If you would like to change your subscription towards an upgraded subscription, simply select the offer of your choice in the drop-down menu foreseen for this purpose in the Manager tool.

A subscription renewal recommits you to a twelve-month period.

You will then receive an e-mail informing you of the acknowledgement of your subscription renewal. The changes will be effective upon payment confirmation.

How am I assisted by the preventive management at the end of the subscription ?

Reminders are set up to manage your subscription all along the subscription period.
A system of reminders by e-mail is set up automatically upon the original purchase of your Pixinkod. Our services send you preventive reminder e-mails at 60, 30, 15, 10, 7, 3 and 1 day(s) before the expiration date of your subscription in order to allow you to manage the continuation of your campaign without stress. 

On the pixinkod.com site, an automatic reminder notification in your Manager tool also opens up 60 days before the end of your subscription.

Reminders are set up to manage the volume of scans.

Acting as a real PC dashboard, we manage the volume of scans of your Pixinkod in real time.

Your campaign works better than could have imagined? The number of scans per day of your Pixinkod is growing, leading you to go over the limit before the last 60 days? We inform you by e-mail one day after your crisis level is reached, to allow you to react in a preventive manner.

What happens if I renew my subscription before the expiration date ?

The starting date of your new subscription will adapt to the ending date of your current subscription. Therefore, you can renew your subscription before expiration, as soon as you receive the first reminders, without losing a single day.

In the case of a renewal due to going over the limit for the volume of scans, your subscription is renewed for a new 12-month period. From the date of your new subscription, the period remaining from your old subscription is not cumulative.

What should I do if my subscription ends in less than 24 hours ?

To be sure that the renewal of your subscription is taken into account before the expiration of the current subscription, we suggest that you pay online by credit card, Visa or MasterCard. The update will be automatic and instantaneous.

If you use a method of payment by bank transfer or by check, it might be too late already.
