I am paying by credit card, when will my account be debited ?
|After having entered your bank details, an exchange is set up between our servers and those of our payment partners. If the payment is accepted and your order is finalized, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. |
Your bank account is then debited, at the latest, the day after you place your order. If you have a deferred debit card, the payment for your order is debited from your bank account at the end of the current month.

What happens if my bank refuses my payment ?

It is possible that your bank will not give authorization by issuing reservations for your payment.
It also happens that our payment partners, HSBC and Ogone, do not immediately communicate your banks agreement, even if your balance is in the black.
Your order is automatically cancelled. We suggest that you contact your bank in order to be informed of the Internet payment acceptance conditions that they offer. As a function of the answer from your bank, you can thereafter place a new order.

|Your invoice is available for direct downloading from the site after payment confirmation. It is also automatically sent by e-mail within 48 hours of your purchase. |

If despite all this, your invoice can not be found, please contact us and we will send you a copy as soon as possible.
