I am paying by credit card, when will my account be debited ?

After having entered your bank details, an exchange is set up between our servers and those of our payment partners. If the payment is accepted and your order is finalized,  a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

Your bank account is then debited, at the latest, the day after you place your order. If you have a deferred debit card, the payment for your order is debited from your bank account at the end of the current month.

SSL Payment Security

The “Secure Sockets Layer” is a  protocol which allows for secure data transmission on an Internet site. It works by first carrying out authentication of the retail site and  then encrypting the communication to insure the confidentiality and integrity of the data exchanged.

This means that your bank details are not circulating freely over the Internet and are not stored on our servers. For this reason, we ask for your credit card number with each new order.

Problems Linked to Payment Validation

Despite the efforts of KEYKOD SAS and the quality of our bank interface which was developed by our payment partners, some computer malfunctions could arise during payment for your purchases.

If you are not able to validate your payment, you have the possibility of contacting us by e-mail by using the form below. Our Customer Relations Department will answer you as soon as possible.

What happens if my bank refuses my payment ?

Payment controls are carried out by an online payment system developed by Ogone for our partner, HSBC.

It is possible that your bank will not give authorization by issuing reservations for your payment.

It also happens that our payment partners, HSBC and Ogone, do not immediately communicate your bank’s agreement, even if your balance is in the black.

Your order is automatically cancelled. We suggest that you contact your bank in order to be informed of the Internet payment acceptance conditions that they offer. As a function of the answer from your bank, you can thereafter place a new order.

When and where can I find my invoice ?

Where can I find my invoice ?

Your invoice is available for direct downloading from the site after payment confirmation. It is also automatically sent by e-mail within 48 hours of your purchase.

It has been 48 hours and I still haven't received anything.

If despite all this, your invoice can not be found, please contact us and we will send you a copy as soon as possible.
